Description
The figures wrapped within the flag are believed to represent patriots. The Earl of Chatham is identified by his crutch. The judge in wig and robes beside him is believed to be Charles Pratt, Earl of Camden, wo had been Lord Chancellor from 1766 to January 1770. On the so-called political unity within Britain at the time
