Description
The man with the cane hands over a pendant marked 'Egypt (?) to a man wearing a blue suit, a white cap with a rosette and clogs. Another man wearing a fur trimmed jacket holds up the gentleman's coat tails which are inscribed 'india'. Another man dressed in a fur waistcoat and shoes with strings around his legs props himself against a ledge as he looks on holding a glass of beer (?). The man with the fez appears to be drunk. The door against which he sits is open and inscribed in the glazing 'Gin' and 'New drop in'
