Segment 1 Ambulances are seen racing to hospital bringing injured patients in to A&E. At the same time, patients with far less serious injuries such as a cut finger or pulled muscle are seen also entering A&E. The narrator explains that real emergencies take priority and so waiting times for non-serious cases may be long. He says that people should 'contact your own doctor first'.
