    XXXVI. If the Guardian, Nurfes, or Clerk of the Chappel do negligently acquit themfelves of their refpe&ive Duties, the Perfons offending fhal 1 be liable to fuch Forfeiture of Wages, or other Punifhment, as the Board of Dire&ors fhall think proper. XXXVII. No Boy fhall be fuffered to go without the Gates of the Hofpital, except to School, without Leave from the Lieutenant-Governor, or the Commanding Officer, by Ticket, which he is to fhew to his Guar¬ dian, or to any Body that fhall ask him for it. * XXXVIII. No Officer, or other belonging to the Hofpital, fhall employ any of the Boys in going on Errands, or upon any other Bufinefs whatfoever. XXXIX. The School-Mafter fhall be made acquainted, from Time to Time, by the Guardian, with fuch Faults and Mifdemeanors, as any of the Boys may have been guilty of, who fhall either admonifh or punifh them according to the Nature or Degree of the Fault.
