Fertilis frugum pecorisque teluy. Nutriant foetus, et aque salubres, et Jovis aura. Horat. Epodon. F. Londonio pinx. P. de Colle scul. The lettering is from Horace, Carmen saeculare, vv. 29-32: "Fertilis frugum pecorisque tellus spicea donet Cererem corona. Nutriant foetus et aque salubres et Jovis aura." The word after pecorisque should be tellus (earth)
