Radiograph taken 20 days after operation. ... Flat rhachitic pelvis ... Former confinements: 1st spontaneous, 2nd completed by unknown operation, both children dead. Now second position of head; os parietal posterius; atony of uterus after 50 hours labour. Child ... removed after hebosteotomy by version and extraction. Fissure of double symphyseal breadth, on the left os pubis close to foramen obturatarium somewhat sloping from right to left."
