Weller, Mrs

Collection of cookery receipts, written at one end of a Commonplace book containing extracts in prose and verse, etc. There are a few entries by different but contemporary hands. The Commonplace book was begun on July 30th 1832, and Mrs. Weller's name is found at the end. The cookery receipts were probably begun about the same time, starting from the other end of the book: on the penultimate leaf of these the date 1842 is found.
