Clinical information relating to patients of the Stokenchurch Practice, Radcliffe Infirmary, Watlington Hospital, and Radnage Surgery. This mainly consists of death certificates and postmortem reports, but also includes case histories and information on cancer in General Practice.

Christopher Storey graduated from the University of Oxford in 1944 with a degree in medicine. He then worked as a House Surgeon at Hammersmith Hospital and a Junior Medical Officer at Edgeware Hospital before becoming a General Practitioner. At the time of his retirement in 1984 he was senior partner in the Stokenchurch Practice, a group Practice in Buckinghamshire which included Hambleden Lane and Lane End Practices.

A Fellow and founder member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, Storey was also president of the Chiltern Medical Society. Additionally, between 1972 and 1980 he served as a GP Trainer, using his experience to help aspiring General Practitioners.
