Balanced translocation 45,XY,t(21;21)

Balanced Robertsonian translocation 45,XY,t(21;21). This male has a chromosomal disorder. One chromosome 21 has become attached to the other. The cell still contains a complete complement of genetic information, so the translocation is said to be balanced.
