Description
Broadside describing and giving a history of the comet that appeared over Britain on September 12th 1811. There are two woodcut illustrations above the text. One of a comet with a blazing tail passing through the heavens, the other of an astronomer sitting at a table studying the astrolabe in his hand. Both look much older than 1811.
