About this work

Description

The first short film here appears to be a spoof about the medical profession although it is rather hard to follow. Firstly we see a man pull up in a car, then cut to a man in fake beard, moustache, glasses on a stage, gesticulating. Shots follow of a group of possibly onlookers getting progressively younger from old man to small baby. We then see the same man in white laboratory clothes conducting some kind of experiments in a laboratory. The film ends when the man seems to have produced a tablet which he stirs into a glass of water and drinks. After this there is a short silent colour film of what appears to be a kind of parade of people (children and adults) who walk past the camera smiling; they have party hats on. This is followed by a brief film of small children playing in a sandpit.
