Lettering
Amoebic dysentery. Chronic. 11 years duration, infection in Iraq. Mucous membrane had general mouse-eaten appearance and there were several granulating ulcers and some haemorrhages. Precystic E. histolytica and Charcot-Leyden crystals in scrapings. 12 days' treatment with E.B.I. and Yatren promoted healing of ulceration
