Lettering

Inscription in red ink underneath the photograph on recto identifies the performers as C. Lawrence playing Virginie and W.F. Challinor playing Waddilove. Inscription in black ink on the verso identifies the play as 'To Parents and Guardians' by Tom Taylor (1817-1880).
