About this work
Description
This short black and white film shows how living conditions in a village in Mwanga are affected by the presence of ticks. We see villagers attempting to fumigate their houses, footage of the ticks themselves, men digging large holes in a field and sieving the earth to show the ticks. At the end a group of men cut into the flesh of a live crocodile to show an infestation of ticks under its skin.
