Cardboard novelty toy from the 1900s advertising Wright's Coal Tar Soap. This shows a young boy and girl carrying a bar of soap (which is as big as they are) against a white background. Their legs are on wheels which are attatched to the main card by small pins in such a manner (patent no.29973) that when the card is run across a carpet the figures appear to be running as the wheels turn round.
