Postage stamp, one of a set of several issued in 1990 aimed at encouraging better public health. This one focuses on preventive medicine. It shows a stylised blue woman (?) smiling, her arms in the air, a red heart and a breast next to it - possibly indicating a check-up for breast cancer. "Guess who's just had a checkup?" is written on the grey background under her left breast.
