Spine has five raised bands and gilt lettering "Presented by the author", two brown leather labels with gilt lettering - title label and ownership label at tail of spine ("Ve[t] Me[d] Ass[oc]"?), and paper label with ink letters "D 39". Burgundy coloured ribbon bookmark.
