Copy of a letter from E C Wood to K Mather regarding the degree of autonomy for regional bodies, and enclosing a letter from Gertrude Cox containing a number of questions from the International Biometric Society about how to enable cooperation without the United States dominating. The letters are covered by a compliment slip from E C Wood, and also enclose a copy of the International Biometric Society's constitution.
