A collection of 17 items, lettered A-Q, consisting of scraps, notes, extracts, etc. The following may be mentioned. C. Traité des nombres (3 ll.). D. Sérénade d'Arlequin', 'La chanson des amoureux, berceuse'. The first written in red ink. Both signed by the Author (2 ll.). E. Comment on devient Crétin, par le sar Dzinn Balaboum. A fierce attack on Joseph Aimé Josephin Péladan [1850-1918], the notorious French occultist who called himself 'Le Sar Merodack', and wrote 'Comment on devient Mage' in 1892. In this satire Poisson uses the pseudonym of 'Francisque Sarcey' a malicious pun on 'Sar. C.' (2 ll.). F. A sarcastic note on Marcellin Berthelot [1827-1907] (1 l.). H. A similar Address to 'Mon cher Docteur Combat'. This is a satirical note directed against Dr. Charles Hacks who wrote under the pseudonym of 'Dr. Bataille' and had written on Satanism in the 19th century (1 l.). K. Fragment of a play (11 ll.). L. La Métaphysique de l'Amour chez les Pessimistes allemands, Schopenhauer et Hartmann...Conférence faite le 12 mars 1891 à l'Association des Étudiants de Toulouse (11 ll.). O. Grande fête antimaçonnique: Also attacking 'Dr. Bataille' (1 l.). P. Divisibilité à l'infini: 2me Antinomie de Kant (3 ll.). Q. Notes on Egyptology, magical receipts, etc.: including an astrological figure in red and black (7 ll.). Produced in Paris.
