Imprinted seal in wax, covered in paper, at foot of poster. A coat of arms (same as the seal) is at the top of the poster within a decorative border surrounding the text. There is space for the names of various "Marinari" below the main body of text. It confirms freedom from plague and other epidemics. The date of 24 March 1804 has been inserted by hand.
