Photograph of a watercolour drawing by William J. Laquy, after a painting by Gerrit Dou, of a dentist treating a patient as viewed from a doorway. This reproduction was made during the VI International Congress for the History of Medicine held in Leiden 1927 at the Exposition d'art Medico-Historique and is described as Dessin [Drawing] 65, L'étuve d'un barbier-chirurgiencopie d'après G.Dou, in the exhibition catalogue. The original drawing is held by the Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam.
