Photograph of The James Caird, a whaler used by Sir Ernest Shackleton (1874-1922), at Dulwich College, London. The item was part of a polar exhibition held in the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum's central hall in July 1930 but is not held by Wellcome Collection.
