Photograph of a woodcut illustration from Carpi, Jacopo Berengario de: Anatomia Carpi Isagoge breves perlucide ac uberime, in anatomiam humani corporis, 1535. The illustration depicts an anatomical dissection demonstration for students. Another photograph of this image was accessioned by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum on 28th August 1935 (PHO 4038).
