Project Summary:Bloodsuckers is a school education project on malaria, working in two secondary schools, primarily targeting students in Years 7-9. Using participative and creative activities, secondary students will learn about the biology, epidemiology and effects of malaria. The students will then teach the wider school community and primary pupils at a one day event. The learning from the project will be captured in a continuing professional development course for KS3 teachers run at the Science Learning Centre North West.
