Consists of a booklet containing the agenda for the 28th Annual Council to be held from 19-21 May 1945; minutes of 5th Annual Delegate Meeting of Contributors to the Unemployment Benefit Scheme held on 20 May 1945; and minutes of the 28th Annual Conference. Encloses a financial statement presented to the Council. Includes a compliment slip from the Association of Scientific Workers.
