Form letter to admit a charity patient to St. George's Hospital in the 1790s and to guarantee taking them away again. Six conditions of entry are listed. No asthmatics, consumptives, incurables, paralysed or people with infectious distemper, ulcerated legs or in danger of losing either sight or limbs were to be admitted.
