Completed questionnaires sent to pensioners, asking basic information re job, working conditions etc. Questionnaires preparatory to possible recorded interviews for the History of Wellcome Foundation video.
Papers had been repackaged into 4 folders. This order has been preserved although it is unclear whether this was how they were originally housed.

6 of the questionnaires were not completed, either due to ill health or because the recipient did not work at Dartford or London and therefore felt themselves to be out of the scope of the project. These have been weeded out as having no informational value.
