Photograph of an illustration from Medicina Antiqua, a 13th century manuscript held by the Austrian National Library (Codex Vindobonensis 93), depicting a physician examining his patient's head with ground betony with text above. Another photograph of this image was accessioned by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum on 9th October 1935 (PHO 5170).
