Black and white reproduction of a photograph possibly taken from a publication described as Rosberger, J. C. A.: "Bezoek aan het Kina-Bureau en establissementen to Amsterdam" [Visit to the Kina Bureau and establishments in Amsterdam], page 13, in Malaria section of the international celebration and exhibition : three hundredth anniversary of the first recognized use of cinchona by Europeans, 1630-1930, an exhibition hosted by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1930. The glass plate negative has the captions "Mededeelingen van het Kina-bureau" above, and "Monsterkast met kina-verzameling van de N.V. Blauw-Vriesveem" underneath the image, not visible on the digitised version. The image was reproduced from a publication lent by lent by Professor P. Van der Wielen, Laboratorium voor Artsenijbereidkunde van de Universiteit van Amsterdam, and is listed as exhibit no. 574 in the souvenir catalogue. Related images: M0001813, M0001814, M0001815
