Contains a letter from B Ruhemann, Secretary of the Marx House Faculty of Science, to J B S Haldane dated 23 March 1942 enclosing details of the programme and summaries for the symposium.


Letter from Haldane to Ruhemann dated 14 March 1942 indicating his concern that Mr Fyfe will be speaking on the Genetics controversy in the USSR and his own views on genetics.


Letter from Ruhemann to Haldane dated 27 March 1942 stating that Fyfe's lecture would be amended, and discussing the future work of the Faculty.
