“Note sur la ponction de la vessie pratiquée dans la région hypogastrique à l’aide du trocart capillaire et de l’opération pneumatique”, Author’s holograph MS., written on the rectos only. A heading in pencil, apparently by the author, is ‘Travail lu au Congrès de Birmingham en 1874’, but a translated article with the same title is entered in the Surgeon-General’s Catalogue s.v. ‘BLADDER, Puncture of’ as published in ‘The Practitioner’, London, 1872, Vol. IX, pp. 226-233. No record has been traced of a Medical Congress at Birmingham in 1874.
