Staff record card, and "Sick Pay Arrangements" notice

Staff Record Card (1941, for Doreen Eileen Hubbard), with memorandum referring to her application for a week's leave "at her own expense". Record Card notes name, date of birth, and wages of £3 plus 7/6 war time allowance - job title and department not indicated.

Also, unrelated, a staff notice (1944) referring to sick pay arrangements (struck through in red pencil) and, on verso, a brief letter (1947) to Midland Bank ("Will you kindly hand the bearer of this letter the envelope which was lodged with you for safe keeping on the 29th August 1939").
