Photograph print publication of a photograph of the skeleton Charles Byrne, also known as "the Irish Giant," who had acromegaly, a rare condition caused by prolonged exposure to excessive human growth hormone in adults. To the left of the skeleton is also a skeleton of an individual that had short stature.
