Haemorrhage into the thyroid gland (for comparison with case of Khaan). Bluish (ecchymotic) discolouration about umbilicus in intra-abdominal haemorrhage 'Cullen's sign'. Severe concealed haemorrhage in various parts. [?'Cy]anotic oedema' (from perforation of an aortic aneurysm into vena cava superior). Haematomata from rupture of rectus abdominis muscle etc
