Comprises three files that were not filed into sub-folders. Two concern guidlines for assessing abstracts and one concerns a 2009 membership survey.

Arrangement
The files were arranged on the transfer media into two folders: those created up to 2009 and those created between 2010 and 2012. The folders have been merged into a single series.
Acquisition note
Transferred on a USB flash drive in 2013.
Appraisal note
Thumbs.db and .DS_Store files were removed during the automated ingest process. One ephemeral digital file failed appraisal and was deleted
