Description

Collection of medical receipts and prescriptions, extracts from medical works, notes on patients, etc.: in Latin and English. Author's holograph MS. Some entries are dated, the earliest seems to be 1670 (p. 35). On p. 566 there is an entry dated January 1691/2, but mostly the dates are between 1672 and 1682.

Physical description

4 volumes and 1 file 1 l. + 703 pp. + 1 bl. l. folio. 31 × 20 cm. Unbound in a pamphlet box. Pp. 603-606 are wanting: many margins and corners frayed or damaged, some leaves damp-stained. Written in triple column.
