Description
Letters of support, press cuttings, and related correspondence concerning the arrest of a nurse for criminal damage during a peace demo against Cruise missiles. Dorren Norris was arrested for criminal damage after cutting a piece of fence wire at a Ministry of Defence depot in Nov 1986. After refusing to pay the fine, she was sent to prison. On release, she was fired by her employer, the British Nursing Association.
