Description

Correspondence relating to a reception and meeting at UCL organised by Haldane for foreign visitors to the Behaviour conference. The 'Behaviour' conference was held in Oxford, 9-20 December 1953 so Haldane's event was arranged for 21 December 1953. Includes a list of conference visitors, a blank copy of the invitation to UCL, and letters from Franz Sauer, Gustav Kramer, Werner Jacobs, H Hediger, Hans Löhrl, A Kortlandt, F Goethe, Georg Birukow, Eric Fabricius, J P Kruijt, Paul Leyhausen, Holger Poulsen, L Franzisket, G P Baerends, J J van Iersel, F Bourliere, H Precht, Konrad Lorenz, O Koehler and J van dem Assem.
